I had a terrible experience here. I paid extra for shipping so that my product would be shipped when someone was home. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, instead I didn't get it for almost 3 weeks. I have the item now however it was never wiped completely, the previous owner's stuff is still on it, when I reset it the computer won't turn on now. I have to bring it in to have it fixed. Frustrating to say the least.
