We booked a truck and some supplies for our move weeks in advance online then walked a couple of weeks before the date to pick up the moving boxes we had ordered (and already paid for) but the two guys at the counter couldn't find the order. They said we had to call customer service to get it ironed out. I tried to give them a chance to redeem their customer service by asking if they would be able to call on our behalf while we were at the desk with them. They said they didn't "really do that sort of thing." I responded by asking if they can cancel our order instead. This brought no alarm to them and they suddenly became unable to stand up and had to immediately sit down behind the counter rather than power through this failure of a business transaction. I think we kept our cool pretty well given the circumstances of being so close to the move date and suddenly having our rental Agreement disappear despite it being paid for.
