I will keep my $59 service fee and my $3000 in my pocket. So the scam is this: He will charge a $59 service fee to come out, ask for the money upfront, and then provide you with this quote that is UBER ridiculous so that you can say, "NO" and continue this cycle until someone bites on Derrick's crazy ass estimates. By the way he quote a gold, silver and bronze way of fixing your issue. Don't forget to check the YELP reviews.
