Purchased Brown Fantasy Granite countertop. Extra fee incurred to have old countertop removed - not disclosed up front. Appointment at 9AM and they arrived after 3PM to install and the cut was incorrect. Waited 3 days for them to return. Should have been given a discount or some consideration. Spent over $2000 for granite countertop. End result is good. Installers were good. Just an aggravating experience. Would have cancelled the order if it wasn't paid in cash. Wish I had used a credit card and then I would have cancelled.
