My first experience with this brokerage has not been favorable. It took six showing request attempts before I was actually able to review a listing held by this brokerage. Our industry is based on communication, this brokerage does not return calls and , is slow to respond to inquires. After submitting an offer package (twice) there was absolutely no communication relating to the offer good/or bad, no discussion relating to the credits of the offer or the demerits of the offer. The principal broker requires a training session which provides the agents an reevaluation of the importance of communication and the win/win approach in our business and not the static uncompromising approach that has been demonstrated in my experience.
