The Glen at Shawmont Station at 300 Autumn River Run, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I've lived at the Glen at Shawmont for about 7 months now after moving from out of state. I spent a lot of time researching a complex that would be a friendly, easily accessible community that had the park views and neighborhood feel I was used to but also was close enough to the all amenities that the city has to offer while remaining in a reasonable price range. I hit the jackpot with the Glen at Shawmont!

I was initially attracted to the private spacious parking lot and close proximity to the train station and highway which make my commute a breeze. The apartments themselves are fantastic with oversized kitchen cabinets, a gas range, a stainless stainless steel fridge, and in unit private laundry! The finishes are beautiful and modern. Best of all are the beautiful views from our balcony of rolling green hills. You can't beat it and the rent is very reasonable.

Best of all the community is very friendly not only to its human residents, but also its furry residents. The complex is pet friendly and even has a dog park and hiking trail.

I'm so happy we made the Glen at Shawmont our home!
