Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 1, Arrivals Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I had my best experience ever at this location! It was raining as I returned the vehicle & I was met by agent with an umbrella & walked me to dry area where I was met by another agent that was handling the airport shuttle rides.
I just missed the shuttle & was bummed. He told me honestly that the shuttle would take 8-10 minutes to return & gave an update at the 5 minute mark to inform me that the bus was in route & would arrive shortly.
He also offered me bottled water & a "Philly" pretzel that they had on site.

When the bus arrived, the driver was awesome as well! She introduced herself to us passengers & got our airline info. Since most of us were on American Airlines, she let us know there were 3 terminals & to look at our tickets for verification of terminal.

She had nice low volume music playing during ride. She also sang "nicely" when her song was played!

Driver let us all know this was "her" bus & she drove like it! (In a good way) Got us all to gate promptly & didn't let traffic or bad drivers annoy her!

Did I say this was a Monday morning?
If nothing else this driver made all 12-15 of us passengers feel better about our Monday! Most us actually had a little smile after our short ride to terminal.
