I was traveling to Philly because my Mother had a major stroke in Reading, Pa. I told them when I picked up the car that my Mother was on life support and was not sure how long I would need the car. They said I could call to extend use over phone if needed. Well, I called waited on hold long time only to be told that I could not extend my rental because the car registration was scheduled to expire in a few days. They wanted me to drive back to Philly and exchange the car. I explained again that my Mother was on her death bed and I did want to leave her to swap cars. I explained to customer service when I rented that I would Likely need to extend and they had plenty of other cars in the lot they could have rented to me that were not about to expire. I asked that they drive to reading and swap out car as it was not my fault. They said they called location manager and I would be called back. 2 days later and after repeated calls to customer service no call from manager. I asked for number to location and they said they did not have number because it is on speed dial. BS!
This place is incompetent and unwilling to fix problems caused by there incompetence.
My brother and I lost 3 1/2 hours of the last time with our mother because of these incompetent and incompassionate people. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
