I stop in everyday for coffee, the employees are always nice and friendly . I normally order ahead with my app and most of the time it is ready fairly quickly. On Thursday I went in to pick up my order, they said they didn't get it. I showed them the app and the receipt that showed thst i paid for it. After a few minutes of going back and forth I went to the manager and showed him, he said "f*** you just reorder it and pay again. It makes me sad, i liked going in there everyday.
