Robert calmed me down and explained the necessary actions that needed to be taken to prevent any further damage to my property and to ensure my families safety. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. He put plastic down everywhere him and his men walked through my home and he set up plastic walls around the entire affected area. He insisted on doing this to keep my family out of harms way. He truly treated our house and my family with great respect and professionalism. When they completed my house looked like nothing ever happened.
