I ordered some soup for delivery. over one hour later there was no food delivered. I called the restaurant, found out delivery was never attempted, even though it was marked for delivery. Apparently this restaurant just lets food sit and doesn't follow up on the orders. I wonder if they were ever going to call me to figure it out...
Receptionist didn't even make an attempt to correct the mistake in any way. Indifference would be the best way to describe it.
