I wanted to give you zero stars but the system makes you choose one. I saw what you did to that poor family on Facebook and how you discriminated against them. Shame on you, I Would never recommend that company to anyone looking to buy a home.

This experience all started when my fiance and I were looking for a home, I was online and found a beautiful home which was managed by Aleksandar Peev under American Vista Real Estate. My fiance proceeded to contact the agent in order for us to obtain more information and possibly view the home. Everything was going smooth, Mr. Peev was very polite and seemed eager to get us into the home, he set an appointment for us to view the property for that same week. When we arrived to the home, Mr. Peev showed us the property and we were in love with it. During the conversation we had there with him some red flags began to arise, "Equal Housing Opportunity" it says on this company's website? VERY untrue. It may have been the fact that on my car there is a Latin flag, or that we were not yet married or who knows because Mr. Peev basically told us that even though we were in love with the house and ready to move forward, that we should take a few days to think about our decision because "he does not like when people make rash decisions" and that he wanted to save us the $30 application fee due to the fact that there were other potential leasers. As instructed by Mr. Peev we proceeded to contact him a few days later, Mr. Peev then informed us that unfortunately for us, although we informed him we fit all criteria and our income was well over the required amount; he had found someone who would be a "BETTER FIT". To our shock, we questioned how he possibly came to that conclusion seeing as how he NEVER ran our credit nor background checks, we never received a response from him. We have recently found out we indeed were discriminated against by Mr. Peeve and/or his employer, American Vista Real Estate and that Mr. Peev in fact owns the property we viewed and after meeting with us his whole demeanor towards us changed with no justification leading to our unprofessional and rude dismissal.
