Looters. They charge a flat rate of 25 on friday and saturday. I mistakenly parked there assuming that like many other nearby parking lots they will charge by hour upto 3 per hour but after picking my car in an hour I was in real shock to pay 25 bucks. I made a mistake but want others to avoid it. Trust me it's better to roam around for an hour finding a decent parking than parking tour car in this garage. It is even costlier than any parking in Manhattan. Also you can find a parking for 10 in center phila on the busiest day of the week, but ez parking has broken all the records of unfair pricing and I will never ever park at any ez parking location throughout the US.
