I was walking past one day and saw some cute things in the window so decided to go in. Pressed the buzzer and I could tell from the sour look on his face that he didn't want to help me. Now I'll admit I'm not a size 6 and I was just wearing jeans and a polo top after just running errands. I believe that he thought I couldn't afford anything in the store and said the store was "by appointment only". The sign on the door with their rules, yes the store has rules, didn't mention anything about that. I just let it go, he wasn't worth my time either. Shame he hasn't learned the lesson that people with money aren't dripping in diamonds and wearing $100 bills pinned om them. Pretentious store I wish I could give this store "no stars". One is just too many. Go to Second Time Around on Chestnut next to DiBrunos. They always have something new, can just walk on in (go figure lol) and they are always nice with a smile.

Would not recommend this store to anybody!
I was walking by the store and saw a Hermes bag in the window (I just love high end bags and have a quite a collection, which any woman would be happy and proud to own). So I decided to walk in the store to check it out and purchase it if it was in good shape. I rang the door bell and was let in. The feminine man at the counter looked at me without saying anything, so I walked over to the bag and picked it up. Oh my!!!!! What happened next is an absolute nightmare!!!! This man screamed at me for touching the bag. I just do not know how anybody can make a purchase without holding a high dollar bag in her hands. He was so rude and disrespectful! I have never been treated this way by anybody in my life. He continued to scream and yell at me, only because I asked him how else I was suppose to make a decision on this purchase? It was just an unbelievable experience... where I was insulted by him. This man even used an F bomb and and the end told me to "get the f...k out"! I am not sure whether he just had a bad day and took it out on me or he is straight up Crazy. This is no way to treat a customer and I can not believe the store is in business. Honestly, I would go back and complain to the store owner, but am afraid of him. I truly hope the owner of this business will read this post and do something about their employee who chases customers away. Who does that in this economy anyway? Well, ladies, if you decide to go to that store, please be careful, you never know, he can be violent. My advise - STAY AWAY!
